Mission Statement: South Tech Preparatory Academy’s core mission is to graduate students prepared to matriculate into a career academy program of study which will prepare them for work, higher education, and productive citizenship.
SouthTech Preparatory (STP) is a public, tuition-free charter school, serving Palm Beach County students in grades 6 through 8, educating them in S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math) disciplines and through career academies. Providing small classes for individualized learning, SouthTech Preparatory teachers focus on students’ unique needs, progress, and success as they transition to SouthTech Academy High School, and continue their journey toward becoming career and college-ready. Our two-story, state-of-the-art facility is outfitted with smart boards, computer labs, and a space lab.
