SouthTech’s Culinary Arts Academy provides students with real-world knowledge and practical experience in a professional environment. Upon graduation, students are career and/or college-ready.
Curriculum
Instructors train each student to industry standards and provide certification through multidimensional trainings in the classroom and kitchen. Students learn to prepare everything from soups and sauces to pastries and desserts. Senior culinary students may earn Serve-Safe Manager certifications. Graduates are also well-prepared for post-secondary study.
