Anthony Robinson, Board Chairman: Anthony J. Robinson, originally from Ft. Lauderdale, has been a Palm Beach County Resident for the last 17 years. Tony has over 25 plus years of business experience in Human Resources and Non-Profit Management with The Arc of Palm Beach County, the Cleveland Clinic of Florida, and TBC Corporation. He is currently part of the Executive Leadership Team with the American Red Cross. He is a graduate of the Sybil Mobley School of Business at Florida A&M University and has an MBA from the Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University. In addition, Tony is on the Board and serves as Member Chair for the 100 Black Men of Greater Ft. Lauderdale, Vice Basileus of the South Palm Beach Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., and a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County (2012). He enjoys working with young people coaching high school football and runs a travel Track and Field Club (Fast Lane). Tony is married to Lisa and has 3 children (Asya, Matthew, and Michael) and an awesome granddaughter, Kylie.

Russell Feldman, Board Vice Chairman: Russell Feldman is a long-time resident of Florida. Born and raised in New York, Mr. Feldman attended college in New York, Colorado, France, and Miami, where he earned a BA in History, MS in Eduction and Specialist in Education. In 1974, he began a 25-year career in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools where he taught special education and eventually became a Director in the Department of Exceptional Student Education. In 1999, Mr. Feldman was selected to head the Department of Exceptional Student Education and Gifted programs for the Palm Beach School District. In this capacity, he had the opportunity to participate on state and national committees advocating for students with special needs. In 1999, Mr. Feldman retired. In retirement, he has become a member of three charter school boards, including South Tech Schools, where he served as chair for four years.

His favorite saying is, “There’s never a favorable wind for someone who doesn’t know where he/she is going.”

Ayesha Edmond, Board Secretary: Ms. Edmond is the parent of an alumni of SouthTech Schools, graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Physics and has a Masters in Healthcare Management. She has worked in the Financial and Healthcare Sector and is currently a Secondary Science Teacher in the Palm Beach School District.  Ms. Edmond has volunteered as faculty advisor for Key Club.  She enjoys trying food from different ethnicities and has a deep appreciation for languages.  She attended a magnet high school for international languages, taking Latin and four years of Spanish.  Ms. Edmond also spent a year in Brazil as an exchange student where she learned conversational Portuguese. Ms. Edmond lives in Boynton Beach.

Roger Dunson, Sr.: Mr. Dunson grew up in Fort Lauderdale and after graduating from high school, joined the U.S. Army Security Agency and spent three and a half years in Japan. He later graduated from Palm Beach Junior College and received his BBA Degree from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Dunson has spent 40 years in the Securities Industry as a Financial Advisor. He worked with A.G. Edwards and Sons and its successor companies for 32 years and retired from Raymond James. Mr. Dunson lives in the Boynton Beach/Lake Worth area since 1970. He and his wife, Elaina, have four children and five grandchildren and his hobbies are golf, fishing and traveling. Mr. Dunson has been a member of the Boynton Beach/Lantana Rotary Club since 1986, serving in various capacities. He has been a volunteer for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts as well as coach and referee for various youth organizations.

Diane Heinz: Diane Heinz is a University of Kentucky graduate and a 40-year South Florida resident with 18 years of public service experience.  Ms. Heinz’ accomplishments during those years are many, some of which are: Co-Founder  of  AVDA “Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse”; Initiator of Crime Commission, originally entitled the “Crime Prevention Council”, resulting in judicial changes; Countywide Elected Palm Beach County School Board Member, resulting in cost saving by improving District business practices; Creator to the Minority/Women Business Enterprise programs at the South Florida Water Management District as well as Palm Beach County government.  Prior to that, Ms. Heinz served at the senior advisor to a Palm Beach County Commissioner. She also is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach and was a former Board Member of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches.  Following her years in Public Service, Diane achieved the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).  She has been representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants for the past 17-years.

Dan Heller: Dan Heller is a knowledgeable business management professional/entrepreneur with experiences in a diverse range of industries. His practice areas of focus are strategic planning, management, finance and accounting. His career has chiefly been with small businesses and non-profits though he has experience at a number of Fortune 500 companies. Over the last 20 years he has been in senior or executive management positions primarily with real estate investment organizations. He has a BA from Cornell College and an ACCSB accredited MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He is listed in the 1989 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. He was SouthTech Schools board Treasurer for 10 years and previously sat on the boards of Temple Judea of Palm Beach Gardens Caldwell and Theatre Company where he also served as Treasurer and Chair of Finance Committee. Academia experiences are those of a Graduate Teaching Assistant while at SIUE and as Adjunct Faculty at National-Lewis University.

Suzanne Nicolini: Suzanne Nicolini considerers herself a lifetime volunteer. She has always been interested in education. She originally planned on being a teacher but marriage and children changed that dream. She stayed active in her childrens’ school years by being a room mother many times, Girl Scout Leader and serving in officer positions on PTA and School Advisory Boards and now serving on the South Tech Board of Directors.
She was able to get both her Associates and Bachelors degrees while raising her children. She is also a coach for her grandson’s bowling team.
South Tech has a special place in her heart since it her grandson’s years there in the automorive program.

Erika Deutsch Rotbart, ESQ. Erika Deutsch Rotbart is a native Floridian from Miami Beach. Ms. Rotbart grew up in the public school system in South Florida and is thankful for her education and all the experiences that gave her the desire and drive to pay it forward. She is a civil rights, employment and labor lawyer, and a principal in the law firm of Deutsch Rotbart & Associates, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida practicing for over 31 plus years. In addition to being a litigator, Ms. Rotbart is also a licensed and certified Civil Court Mediator, qualified Arbitrator, AAA Arbitrator and FINRA Arbitrator. She is a Past-President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyer’s Association (FL NELA) and has served in various board positions with the organization during her more than 28-year affiliation with FL NELA. She has consecutively been named a top attorney and Florida Super Lawyer every year since 2009. Ms. Rotbart holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and received her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. When Ms. Rotbart is not working or paying it forward, she can be found on a tennis court, playing piano, traveling, or spending time with her pets and family.
